The challenge
Hospitals worldwide were overwhelmed. Information was changing daily. The last thing anyone needed was more noise. Daniels needed to show up as calm, reliable, and essential, not just another vendor.
My role
I led creative execution and global rollout, ultimately taking full ownership mid-launch and coordinating deployment across regions.
strategy & Design
We reframed waste management as a frontline contributor to uninterrupted care. Acute environments don’t stop, and neither can the systems that support them.
Visually, we stayed rooted in Daniels’ brand language but elevated it with more modern pattern depth and a flexible logomark that allowed tailored messaging by waste stream and audience across our global footprint.
Healthcare professionals became the hero of the imagery. The message wasn’t about containers, it was about continuity of care.
