Shaping the future of hospital waste *
Daniels is often perceived as a sharps company. In reality, it offers a full-suite hospital waste solution. This campaign was about correcting that perception globally.
The challenge
We needed to communicate breadth without overwhelming decision-makers. We also needed to elevate brand perception in order to compete against a larger, more entrenched competitor with broader legacy recognition.
My role
I led creative direction and the team in building a flexible campaign system scalable across global markets. I also helped scope the campaign rollout architecture, ensuring the system could scale across digital, sales enablement, landing pages, thought leadership materials, and global brand communications over the course of a year-long initiative.
strategy & Design
Rather than list services, we reframed the narrative around leadership and forward momentum. “Shaping” became both metaphor and message.
A gradient halo element created focus and energy while symbolizing transformation. Rounded forms subtly reinforced the shaping concept. Subtle hospital cross textures grounded the design in its audience.
The result felt modern, confident, and differentiated, without abandoning Daniels’ brand recognition.

We developed a 12-page hospital ecosystem on our website that supports in driving awareness to our full-service offering. The campaign elevated Daniels’ perception among hospital decision-makers and reinforced its position as a comprehensive partner.
